Northeast Exterminating has put together the following listed services as our most popular by no means an all-inclusive list as many times flexibility is needed to successfully deal with particular issues.
QUARTERLY SERVICE
Our Most Popular:
“General Pest” (ie: most pests excluding wildlife and termites) prevention and control. Service is rendered 4 times per year. Issues that may arise between quarters are dealt with on as need basis.
ANNUAL SERVICE
Similar to the Quarterly Service however following our Initial (one time regular) service visit we then remain “on-call” for issues that may arise throughout the balance of the year.
MONTHLY SERVICE
This service is for those customers both residential and commercial that are accustomed to having a more frequent prevention / control program in place throughout the year and rely on our service techs to identify, prevent and/or control pest issues that pop up throughout the year.
WEEKLY AND BI-MONTHLY SERVICE
Primarily reserved for commercial accounts such as food handling establishments where constant monitoring is essential.
